RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

Due to the hygienic nature of our products (fragrance oils), we are unable to accept returns of opened or used items.

1. Cancellation

You may cancel your order only before it is dispatched. Once shipped, your order cannot be cancelled.

2. Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged or faulty product:

* Email us within 48 hours of delivery

* Include your order number and photos of the item

* We’ll offer a refund or replacement

3. Non-Returnable Items

All opened, used, or unsealed fragrance products are non-returnable due to hygiene regulations.
