However, due to hygiene reasons and the sealed nature of our products (e.g. fragrances), this right to cancel **does not apply* once the seal has been broken unless the item is faulty or not as described.

7. Returns & Refunds

We do not accept returns for unsealed or used products unless the item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.

If your item arrives damaged or faulty:

* Notify us within 14 days of delivery;

* Provide photographs or evidence of the issue;

* We will offer a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with the *Consumer Rights Act 2015*.
